Vrgood: Hi. The patch notes said new cards are added. Is the prologue area White Orchard?

I bought all the cards from the innkeeper before the patch and I haven't seen new ones on offer with the new patch.

I checked the other traders too (the man you save, the dwarf, the quartermaster, the alchemist), no new cards.

Anyone know where they are?

Vrgood: I only glanced at it so I avoid any spoilers, but it doesn't seem to have what I am asking for. The new cards mentioned in the patch notes for 1.04.

Ryudo47: I did all the quests in Velen that I could for my lvl, then went to Skellige because of lack of content. I've put 71hrs into the game yet I still don't have a full Monster Deck or good Squirrel Deck. They really should add a Gwent merchant with a lot of basic starting cards.

I want to play with the other decks but feel that I'll have to put a dozen or so more hours into the game before I get to that point. What's the meaning of having great decks if there's no content to use them on?
