This migt be stupid but i only really use this launcher for Witcher 3...

On the overview of the game in the launcher there is a big blue button that says "Connect Now". If i click it a page comes up where it asks me if i have a code... which i dont. The only thing i can do then is cancel and I'll just be returned to the overview of the game.

I'm not sure what you're getting at, but I'm going to hazard a guess and presume you're talking about Galaxy and GOG Connect. GOG Connect is a way of 'connecting' your GOG account with your Steam account. Problem is, not many games are actually valid as connectable, and those that are are only valid for a limited time period.

Welp... found out what the problem was... turns out i had to connect the game to GOG with a code from the back of the manual. Weird part was that I've played the game before where it WAS connected and everything was fine. It was very weird but thank you for your attempted help :).
