As per the topic title. I'm wondering what weapons to go for with my dual wielding Kensai who will dual to Thief.

Celestial Fury + Crom Faeyr (or Belm, or Kundane) is a classic, and it's what I normally use. Alternatively you can skip the whole backstab nonsense and use Carsomyr instead, though that one is a borderline glitch.

The best weapon in the game for backstabbing, though, is the Staff of the Ram. You can get some absolutely silly numbers with an assassin or K/T with that thing. Using staves is also nice (though a bit counter-intuitive for a K/T) because there are a lot of easily acquired heavily enchanted staves, and crushing damage works on pretty much everyone. The bonus crit range from the THWP also helps tremendously.

If you have the extra merchants Scarlet Ninja-To +3 might make a nice offhand after you get UAI.
