Hey all,i just downloaded BG2 using the downloader and it says corrupted files,any help would be appreciated. im not very tech savvy so i have no idea what other info to add to this post other then the files seemed to download successfully then when i tried installing it just says blah blah corrupted files

ive downloaded it twice from the downloader and still it tells me the files are corrupted

Q. Are you on a dial up / satellite internet?
A. Get a m8 to download the file for you... you have no friends then try an internet cafe.

Q. You are running two million torrents and your files system is a little bit fragged?
A. Run a good defag program like UltimateDefrag over it... almost any thing is better than what windows gives you.

Q. You clicked some link while you where browsing and now you have more than one anti-virus program running on your system?
A. If they aren't Nortons then uninstall all but one of them... If one is Nortons then you probably will need to formate the drive to get your system files back.

Q. You have good internet but you are running Google Chrome?
A. Turn it off.

Personally I think the GOG Downloader has a few issues that need fixing. Plenty other people have mentioned the same issue with corrupt files. Try downloading the files again with your browser instead.
