Hi all,
playing Baldur's Gate Trilogy (BGT) via the Big World Setup (BWS) so it's the original games, not Beamdog shitpiles. I've had the same installation for several years now, replaying the trilogy with different party compositions. Today, out of the blue, it fails to load. I haven't done any changes to the installation itself so I can only assume that either a recent Win10 update or an AMD/ATI update broke things. Has anyone else encountered issues and if so, any solutions? Thanks!
To clarify, the TobEx Console loads, I can hear the first 3 seconds of the intro movie but can only see a black screen, then it's a Crash to Desktop that leaves TobEx Console running.
EDIT: seems to be related to the resolution. Neither 1920 x 1080 nor 1280 x 1024 load but 800 x 640 does albeit with a horribly distorted GUI.
