Tallima: Impulse has the Amazon-like compilation for $9.99 right now. That's a serious bargain.
ncarty97: Never used impulse. Is it like STEAM where you have to tie it to an account or be online? Or is DRM free like GOG?
It's not as "intrusive" as Steam, but it's very similar. You have to install Impulse and have an Impulse account. You do not have to be online to play. Impulse is just the online store client -- no screen-shot taking, social networking or anything like that.
They used to be owned and run by Stardock (makers of Demigod, Sins of a Solar Empire, Galactic Civilization) who has a very anti-DRM policy. But as Impulse sold more stuff, they allowed a lot of DRM in. Now it's owned by Gamestop and I don't see much care being taken regarding DRM. The Anthology says Impulse must be installed, but I wouldn't doubt that is has some sort of digital SecuROM or something similar to it.
If you want to know exactly what you're getting, GOG is the premium place to get the content, but with a premium price, too. The compilation on sale is $9.99 at Impulse, GOG's sale got it down to about $30 once. So it all depends on what you want to pay for.
If you want all of these games on the budget, then $9.99 is a crazy good price. If you got the money, $59.94 for all the games isn't a horrible price either.
EDIT: One annoying thing with Impulse is that it gives you ads every time you boot up your computer unless you disable it. It's a pain to find the disabler, though. I think you have to right-click on the Impulse icon on your bottom right and then find some settings options under that.
