Is there a problem/consequence if I kill Noober? He's freaking me out! I tought if I just ignore him, he would go away after some time, but he's infinitely following me!

He'll get bored and wander off eventually - you get 400xp if you put up with him.

You can speed it up if you talk to *him*

Thanks, one of my characters has level up. He deserved a lesson (Noober), so after the talk, I killed him. Nobody in the city likes him, so there won't have consequences, right?

If your rep didn't take a hit then should be ok.

An alternative is to cast the spell polymorph other to change him into a squirrel. :)
