I have purchased bg2 enhanced edititon, becouse there was wrote that it was in italian language too...
but then the download by gog was only available in ENG language, and i do not find any menu were select italian.
Can you help me please ?

Start the game.

In the main menu, where you select which part you wish to play (SoA, ToB, TBP2) press the Option button.
Press the Language button.
Choose Italian.

Also can be done from any options menu as far as I can see.
