jsidhu762: You can increase the framerate (sort of) in the game's settings. Keep in mind this would also speed up the in game time; so spells and other timed effects would finish faster than normal.
This is not a good idea. Altering the AI timing changes the speed of *everything* in the game, and has the potential to break timed quests.
Jars: I've been editing the ini files since the 90s, don't worry about me. the problem with the way you posted is the EE version does not have a loader like the original games did, you can't access any kind of config. I can do that for my non EE version of BG2, but since my BG1 game wasn't working I had to get the EE version that option is not there.
You should have mentioned which version you are using from the start. The enhanced editions do not use an ini file, they use a Baldur.lua file, and the format is completely different. It is also not kept in the game folder, but in the documents (EE) folder.
