Some minor spoilers about a side quest for Nalia.

I'd just left the funeral for her father and then she got arrested. Shortly afterwards a guy says you can get dirt on Isaea if I talk to a man called Barg in the docks. After searching for 10 minutes high and low I turn to the internet and find out where he is supposed to be. Now at 5 am I'm trying to find a way to spawn him via console, 'cos he sure as hell isn't there.

I've tried leaving the area, sleeping, etc but to no avail. I have a feeling it may have bugged because Jaheira got taken back to the Harpers and perhaps it glitched the quest.

No one on the internet seems to have had this issue, and you know you're in trouble when Google gives up on you. Anyone here had this issue? If it's dead, then I'm out a party member...

Aaah that's the ticket. I saw that NALBARG command, but didn't think it was the npc id.

addendum: also I think the issue was that Nalia was arrested while I was in the docks district. Maybe that glitched it?

Negative. My Nalia was arrested exiting somewhere in the docks, and we walked around and found the Barg guy immediately. He was near the Sea Bounty Inn.
