n the north-east room of the Candlekeep Inn In Baldur's Gate - The Original Saga stand a pair of nobles. My problem is: there are no diagolgue options when I talk to the male noble for the first time.
The nobleman says only: I'm sorry, but my wife and I would loke some time alone; isn't that right lovey?

I know for sure there should be dialogue options although it's along time ago that I played this game.
Someone with any suggestions?

Thanks and doei (Dutch for bye-bye)

I don't think there's any dialogue options in the original game. I just started a new game to test that. There's no interaction with these two nobles. I do remember that there was a mod that added small interactions/quests and these two also had a small quest.

Maybe I should install the BGT mod with Baldur's Gate II.
Thanks for your quick answer.
I think it was 'Mini Quests & Encounters' mod. You can find it on The Gibberlings 3 site.
I'm not sure that dialogue is related to the Mini Quests Mod, I suspect it may be related to BG1 Unfinished Business, though not certain.

If you're playing the classics then BGT is a great option, unless you want to play the classic BG1 completely unaltered.

Personally it's my favourite way to play the series. A nice BGT setup with a selection of mods and tweaks, I then backup the whole modded BGT setup so when I want to replay it I don't have to install a bunch of mods etc.
