When I run BG2 it will go fullscreen regardless of what I choose in the config program or type into baldur.ini

The problem with this is 100% of my screen real estate shows only 25% of the game. Most of this is totally black save for 25% of the videos / meus, which i can see in the lower right of my screen.

This is the case with or without the widescreen mod, or any mod for that matter,

Try running the game & the config program as administrator

This also happens during the Valve logo movie for Team Fortress 2, but not the game itself. for BG2 however it is the movies and the game. At least the menus, I can't start the game because most of the character screen is off of mine.
