No such mods to my knowledge. Although on the other hand this is what I like to call "playing the game". ;) Also, these games were not designed for 1080p (unless you are playing the EE remake), so you might find it less annoying on a lower resolution that the original developers intended. Something like 1366x768 is the highest I would find enjoyable.
