So, I contacted support back on the 10th in order to acquire a refund for Cyberpunk. I received an email back asking if I'd like GOG credit or if I preferred to have the refund put back on my original form of payment.

I responded that I'd like the original payment method to be credited - but have not heard back from them since then regarding the refund. Is anyone else experiencing this? Pretty frustrating, to say the least.

Same here. Put in a refund request on the tenth, answered the email saying that I wanted to be repaid in actual money, not GOG credits, and since then nothing. I'm sure they're being overwhelmed, but I really hope they come through quickly. I don't want to get in a situation where I have to feel rushed to make the requirements for the refund because my 30-day no-questions-asked period is running out.

This is generally what happens when you ask for a refund on GOG.

First, you send the request.
Then, a robot asks you if you accept wallet, and to reply above the line.
Then, you accept wallet and reply.
Then, you wait.

The next time (might be the same game, because waiting sucks), you ask for a refund and write "I ACCEPT GOG WALLET! Please refund into my wallet!".
Then, a robot asks you if you accept wallet, and to reply above the line.
Then, you wonder about how advanced AI really is.
Next, you reply again, quote your original mail, and make a sarcastic remark about useless parsing software.
Then, you wait.

The next time (might still be the same game, because waiting still sucks), you add this line: "If you are a human being, please insert the word "cereal" (or anything out of context) into your reply."
Also, you write "I ACCEPT GOG WALLET FOR REFUND" in three different ways that are impossible to misunderstand.
Also also, perhaps some angry but polite remarks about the state of customer service.

A customer representative should contact you, and the refund will be approved within 1-3 days.

I know that, because it happened to me once (Amnesia new game) and now, apparently, twice.

I guess most (if not all) are waiting. No response since 14th, but I've kept all the messages.
