Hello everyone, I am new to the forum.

I recently reinstalled Cyberpunk after a long stop and updated the game to the latest patch.

If I start any save (made during patch 1.3) the game starts but what I see is black.
Map and hud are present, I can move and shoot and enter the menu and inventory.

I have tried different video configurations and even updating drivers but nothing.

If I start a new game instead the game runs normally

Do you have a "verify installation / files" in GoG Galaxy?
These things can happen when some file didn't get the memo of being updated when you apply numerous patches in one go.

If you're using the offline files, there should be a "verify integrity" checkbox upon patching. Sadly, that is too late now, but the option should be present with the Galaxy client (don't use Galaxy myself, so I can't say for sure).

You can also try changing the game video settings - windowed borderless, change resolution etc. - to try forcing the map back by rescaling it. Longshot, but worth a try.

I have already tried verifying the installation several times but nothing has changed.
I also tried with video settings but nothing, I will try again.
I have tried contacting support via bot chat but it says it is impossible to create a ticket, is there a direct email to ask for assistance?
