Since I started the Delamain questline, his model has been appearing behind/beside most of the people that call me on the phone. He also had this effect on his portrait that stays there and cuts the characters' faces in half. This is really annoying, I've reloaded my save and restarted my game entirely.

Yeah, same problem for me. Even after completing the quest, it's still glitchy.
