Nephilim88: Have you bought the game from GOG or a key from a third party?
Sometimes cheap keys from third party sellers are not really 'clean', and when GOG or CDP find out they just wipe the game from your library. That's why it's better to buy from reputable sellers, maybe when they put stuff on sale.
I understand that may not be your case, but that's all that comes to mind right now. Anyway, if you've contacted GOG customer service they will reply eventually. As patch 1.6 has just come out they may be swamped with tickets, but they'll get yours. They always do.
EDIT On second thought, I think I remember reading some discussions a while ago about conflicts or issues between Cyberpunk 2077 and GeForce Now. Have you tried starting the game on Galaxy or downloading the installer from GOG?
i guess the cheap key may be the answer, in that case they took their time cause i bought the game on January 2021. About the ticket i sent one three days ago so, i don't think i'll get my answer
