cLaude83: Luckily for me though -- and for every other carnivore out there -- as long as you don't eat carbs, meat contains enough vitamin C to keep you healthy -- especially when the meat comes from vegans, who tend to have higher vitamin C levels already -- the tricky part is they also tend to have more HIV/AIDS, so you wanna be careful...

Check out Mikhaila Peterson, if you're interested in learning more about a high meat diet, I think she breaks it down pretty well.
Excuse me, sir, but are you suggesting that I eat my vegans raw? That is nothing short of barbaric.

Also, while the braised liver itself of one's fellow man might not be a perfect source of Vitamin C, the fava beans and nice Chianti served alongside it should compensate for any nutritional deficiencies.

(also also, while proper cooking will inactivate any bacterial, viral, fungal or protozoan pathogens, prions are completely unaffected. Kuru is a nasty thing)

You, sir, have made my day, and for that I thank you! :D
