No you can't buy the collectors Edition on GoG. All retail versions (CE and standard) are only available on external stores and shops.

GoG only sells the digital version. You get some additional digital goodies if you buy it on GoG(Wallpaper, Avatar,...), but nothing physical. The game and it's content is identical in all retail and digital version.
