Buy from Steam. It won't show up in owned games at all. No way to download ANY version. I tried pressing "Sync Integrations" that did nothing. I'm so mad at myself for not buying this on Steam.

Try downloading it from the gog website instead of galaxy. If this doesn't work then go the websites support page and try reporting it under the orders and payments option.
