I bought the pre-order of Phantom Liberty, played it when it released, finish the whole thing and everything was good. Few days ago, I installed the game once again, but this time the game is saying that it cannot load previous save because I don't have the DLC. In ordering history I can see the bonus for the DLC, without the DLC itself. I wrote to the support first thing I noticed the problem, but is there something more I could do?
Edit: There was a technical problem, everything is good now, I've got my DLC back.

Other than your request to GOG support staff (and, while operating under the assumption that "bought the pre-order" means pre-ordering Phantom Liberty directly on GOG), you may try refreshing your account with either of the following links:
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
or
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

With sincerity, I am hopeful that your issue is resolved as quickly as possible. : )
If you had previously downloaded, installed and played Phantom Liberty, but later uninstalled the whole thing...when you reinstalled the game, did you remember to install the expansion as well?

I did that mistake when I bought Phantom Liberty. I downloaded and updated the main game...but I had forgotten to download the expansion installer files, and I wondered why Phantom Liberty was unavailable to me in the Cyberpunk 2077 main menu. ^^

Find Cyberpunk 2077 in your Games list, and scroll down below the main game installers to where it says "DLC installers".
That's your Phantom Liberty expansion install files. You need to download and install those as well.

Yeah, I pre-order it on GOG directly and already tried to refresh my account, but I can try again as well. Nevertheless, I'm thankful for trying to help, seems like it's time for another email to the support stuff.

That's what I thought, but trying to do this I noticed that I don't even have the option to download it, as if I never bought it. But thank you anyways.
