I do not have a cyberpunk yet, but I consider buying it and I really care about it and hence my question is whether the game has (on one account) many profiles (games) not related to each other, so I could play in 2 different types of gameplay path without losing another .

Yes and no, yes it's possible but no there is no "profile" you have save games. So you can start a game with character A and start another with Character B but it will be up to you to know which save belongs to whom.
