Just installed, no mods, verified integrity but it just hangs and doesn't launch. I remember this happened last time I installed about 4 months ago. What's going on? Using desktop icon and the play button in Galaxy. Nothing. Suggestions? Cheers.

Folks really need to get into the habit of posting system specs when reporting these kind of issues, it makes it much easier to figure out what the problem might be.

Which is why I usually don't bother trying to help people who don't post their hardware specifications, game version, and whether they have modded their game. It's impossible to help with zero information.

This has to be most ignorant, lazy response ever.

You must know what hardware and operating system your computer has, it doesn't take an IT expert to know these things.

If you want people to help out with your problems you need to at least offer some basic information or it's impossible.

If this is too dificult for you maybe you should consider gaming on a console instead.
