so alot of ppl may not care about this
but i submitted a refund request on the 11th for this game
and i have heard nothing back since
so i jsut sumbitted a second refund request
and im kinda expecting the same result

dont get me wrong, gog is great with the DRM free stuff
but holy crap, the support system....

the fact that i've had to submit the refund request twice alone, is insane

did i beat the game? no
why not, well, it aint that good, combat(make sure you turn off aim assist) is bad, story meh
bugs normally dont bother me
but when there is more bugs then a bethesda game........ yeah

so im hoping that maybe posting abut this refund issue in the forum will maybe start making the refund processs happen, because even tho they say on the page "it can take up to 48 hours" i waited 72+ for no answer at all :)

that why i submitted a second refund request

Please don't submit more than one request. They also stated it will take a while this time with all that's happening.
There are human beings on the other side who are putting up with thousands of these requests.
They will get to you eventually. You will get your refund. Be patient.
Everyone knows the game is not in an acceptable state.

they say in there own automated reply that it shouldnt take no-more then 48 hours, i wait 72+ hours with no response, why shouldnt i submit another request for a refund, if they can't do it within the time frame they gave me?
One of the reasons I went back to steam. I tried to refund a game on GOG but gave up after a while of farting about, they really don't want to give you your money back do they?
Shame as I would prefer GOG as my no1 platform but the iffy refund system is not for me.
Similar situation here. I preordered the game back in October. After trying the game, I submitted a refund request on the 11th. I got a reply back within 1/2 hour asking whether I would agree to a conversion to GOG Wallet funds, which I declined and asked that my PayPal be refunded. No communication since then, and nothing on my PayPal activity.

It's shameful. I bought Witcher 3 day one through GOG and was always happy to support them fully.

They have taken that trust and wasted it. And now I'm already waiting for over a week to get a refund. I'm going to wait a year or two for the bug fixes, DLC and a price drop and will be buying on Steam.
Those having issues with a refund contact https://www.gog.com/u/ponczo_

They are a GOG blue and have been helping expedite refunds.

I can't seem to contact that user - it's giving me errors.

Which sucks, since I requested a refund on 11 Dec and until now have not heard a response back at all.

Who are you exactly and how is it your business how many requests one sends? When you say "they will get to you eventually," what are you basing this on? The only response ANYONE is getting is the automated response asking if wallet funds are acceptable and then silence for days. As far as I know, NO ONE has received a refund from GOG.

Also, "putting up with?' They're doing their job and dealing with justifiably upset customers. They're not "putting up" with anything.

I also asked for a refund the day after the game was launched. It's been 12 days now since I did and still haven't heard anything but the automated question whether I would like store credit or not. I clearly state I want the money to go back into my bank account and haven't heard a word since. For the record I played the game for 2 hours trying to get it to work. I'm getting 12-15 fps and my specs are exactly the recommended specs from CDPR to be able to run the game on high graphics 1080p and the game won't run above 18-20 fps on low graphics. My total played is 9 hours and the only reason is 9 hours is because I've been trying to get the game to run trying a bunch of different suggestions found on the web. My story progression is at 1% I didn't actually play the game I had it standing inside the characters apartment trying to get it to run on a playable state but couldn't. So after the 2nd day the game was out I gave up trying to get it to work and been waiting for a response from GoG since.

Check your privacy settings, you need to be able to send and receive chat messages from "Everyone" in order to contact them, however I have heard that this might have been disabled due to the influx of refund requests.
