It was in plain sight what Street Cred did for you in 1.63 at vendor shops, items blocked off till you advanced up etc. But now that 2.0 is here how does it work? aside from the obvious text you can see in the Stats menu.

Discounts at vendors? cool but does it hide specific items up for sale until you hit a certain level? or are items excluded from stores because of your actual character level? New stuff appeared at Vik's clinic after certain quests, but that happened in version 1.63 so nothing new there.

Anyone have any insight on it? the wiki's description to me is very vague.. Tier 5 stuff appears more commonly after Street Cred 40? .. from loot? at vendors? both? where?
