As you already know, to gain "Athletics" skill it requires a lot of jumping and running around like an idiot. The other thing you can do is to invest to "Body" attribute (Lets say 5 points in total - You start with 3, so invest 2 more). Then when you will be running around and taking Side quests, like NCPD ones or Gigs, it happens that on that location you will see broken windows in building like quests. Normally I would say that it should go to "Engineering" like when you force open doors with hands but no, these specific ones goes to "Athletic". It can provide you around 100 points to open a single broken window. Good hunting.
