ALDECALDOS CAMP IS BUGGED AND WILL DESTROY YOUR COMBAT SYS. READ EDIT DOWN BELOW!


After completing the mission where i send of Scorpion with the Aldecados I lost my combat ability. I didn't notice until 6 HOURS of exploration gameplay. I have tried getting in and out of cars/motorcycles, going home then leaving, going home, sleeping and then leaving, dropping and picking the weapons up with "equip", buying new guns. In hopes of forcing my weapons to come back. I can not use any of the quick access items either, so no healing and no throwables. also i cant call my vehicle.

note as i was still writing this i loaded my last save within the Aldecaldos camp, the Autosave that happens when you talk to Saul. I proceeded to immediately leave the camp, checked the stash on scorpion's bike (moved nothing), no effect, then i got on and off, no effect, THEN i rammed it into the giant a$$ rocks and spammed "Y" and the right trigger and wham i got my combat mode back, WTF man, well now my lost gameplay dropped to around 2 hours. Also after submitting several support tickets for different issues i have yet to hear back from CDPR, at least a " We got your feedback" would be nice.

Edit: STAY THE F&*$ AWAY FROM THE ALDECALDO AREA! I went back into the aldecados camp, talked to Panam, stole a quadra to leave, now i lost it again and was unable to complete the cyberpsycho mission nearby due to that. i just went back, talked to her again and before she finished talking i ran out of the camp for about 100 meters and i finally got it back just to lose it again because i had to drive by it to get to the mission. at this point I noticed that in game i do not have the usual markings showing the distance to destination any more, i reattempted to talk to Panam as well as Saul and it had no effect anymore. no matter what i do i can not force my weapons sys back on, every now and then my vehicle option does come online but nothing else.
*side not: they need to add a "debounce" code to this, sometimes when you press a key it will be mistakenly taken as 2 presses.

exactly the same problem using classic keyboard, aldecados camp made my game bugged, can't pull out weapon anymore nor using implants, do not go to this zone beside mission or else you will be fucked !

I had the exact same problem as you guys but I reloaded an old save after it happened and before, the difference I found was that a story cutscene event didn't trigger. No idea if it helps but triggering the story event seemed to fix it now

Nvm, it seems certain quests also cause the bug such as Ghost town
