Is it me or the speed in this game is completely out of whack? My bike is saying 137 mph which is 220 km per hour but it looks anything like 220 km per hour, it looks like 60 mph if that...

Is anyone getting the same thing?
I think I see what you mean.
Now that I think about it, the speeds do seem kinda slow compared to what it says.

Though I can't say that matters much, given I can fast travel when I want and drive when I want.

Yeah I've had to do that too

I don't mean to say that this is a major inconvenience, it isn't, but it's just a bit odd how you get these crazy speeds in the speedometer, like one of the cars hits 200mph, that's 300km per hour and you are moving at what looks like 60 - maybe cars have a speed limit in game that we can't see... I dunno but I saved 200 k credits to buy the best car and it drives the same speed as a 70k car so not much point to it...

Yeah. odd but not gamebreaking

Which makes me think... the reason for it is probably the dynamic loading limitations.
Even on an ssd, you can only load so much stuff per second.
