Yes, you can rollback CP2077 using Galaxy.
Uncheck "Auto-Update" in the Manage Installation/Configure window. Now select the version you wish to run.
This will remove and reinstall CP2077 to your selected version. This can only be done to a current install. I could not do this from a clean install, attempting wasted another 63GB of bandwidth.
Run CP2077 without Galaxy to avoid issues.
Hopefully now you will not waste 180GB of bandwidth I did to learn this. I have wasted it for you.
