I have NWN2 Complete and I have tried to download BGR but it never even shows up in the campaigns. Can someone give m clear, detailed, step-by-step instructions for downloading and moving the files wherever they need to go.

You need to enable it as a mod. Unfortunately I don't have NWN2 at this time installed to show you how, but there used to be an enable mod menu.
