Just ask the support after checking the support pages as we cannot know why. Maybe they do not accept paysafecard payments from your country. Not all options are available in all countries.

May also be just another bug.
Last week paysafe didn't work with the wallet, but only paying games on chekout.
They fixed it two days later.
