When I click on the link to submit a request to GOG Support, nothing comes up. There's nowhere to type a message.

I received an email from CYAN with a code to redeem all seven games in the MYST series with the same code. I accidentally only clicked on two of the game before accepting. Now it won't let me go back and accept the other 5 games.

Someone help!

Try going to Support, and pick the appropriate category from there. Be advised that you need to log in there as well.

If that still doesn't work, you could send an email to support@Gog.com.

When a code is partially used, I think it gets temporarily locked. Now some hours have passed, try it again as it may 'just work'.

Cyan, Inc released a small blurb about this today on Kickstarter:

We are aware of an issue some Backers have run into when redeeming their Myst 25 code at GOG. It appears that if all the check boxes were not checked for all 7 games, only the games whose check boxes were ticked will be added to the Backer's account.
If this has happened to you, please link to GOG SUPPORT immediately so they can begin working their magic (resetting your individual code) and get all the games you pledged to own into your account.

Hmm, sounds like the code is deliberately one use so we can't give any previously owned games to anyone else. With gift-codes you can redeem some games and then pass the code on to someone else to get the rest.
