Battle for Middle Earth. TREEBEARD!

Well, not a tree technically, but an Ent, but still!

Cambrey: In the Dragon Quest series. I personally like what they did in DQ7.
Personally, I like Dragon Quest 4's tree. One nice thing is that, if someone dies while you're in that dungeon, you can just use a leaf to revive that character and just pick up another one.

Incidentally, the game only lets you have one leaf at a time; if you try to pick up another without using the first, the game will give an excuse to the effect that "the leaf didn't come off".

By the way, the whole "can only have one leaf at a time" is a recurring theme throughout the series (except DQ1, where the leaf, even if it existed, would be useless, as you only have one party member). The Dew from the tree, which fully heals the party, has sometimes had a similar restriction (it did in DQ4, its first appearance).

By the way, I remember one of the Kirby games having a tree as a boss; could anyone tell me which one?
It seems that in every other game, there is some kind of "drassil" or Tree of Life or something similar.

Minor one: The Mighty Oak from Wizardry 5. This is a normal enemy that has a lot of HP, but lacks magic resistance, making LABADI work very well against it.

This particuar monster also makes appearances in the Game Boy Color version of Wizardry 1 (in the new postgame area, it can call for help here) and in Wizardry 4 Arrange (from Wizardry: New Age of Llylgamyn on the PlayStation).
The Whispering Hillock - Witcher 3.
Sudowoodo from Pokemon Gold/Sliver/Crystal.

That's no tree, dear, but a rock Mimic! What about Exeggutor instead, especially Alolan form?

The one you meet in the last chamber of the first Alone in the Dark .

It also reminded me of the (admittedly far less known) evil tree that is a very important element of Enigmatis 2: the mystery of Ravenwood
Gedyneith - Witcher 3.

I hope I now got all from that game ;-)
