Which means I can play videogames again :D

I don’t want to just install a bunch of games, so I’ll post a few of the games on my to play list and you suggest what I should play. Bare in mind my new system stats are the following:

Windows 8.1 64bit

Intel Core i3-4005U

NVidia GeForce 820m 2GB VRAM

4GB DDR3 RAM

Here are some of the games on my to play list:

Bioshock

The Witcher

Deus Ex

Thief

Dark Messiah Might and Magic

FEAR

Portal 2 (but not sure if my laptop can run it)

KOTOR 2

Jade Empire

I'm open to other suggestions, as long as my laptop can run it.

Try Metro 2033 and max it all out, get sum o dat eyecandy and some heating in of the laptop :)

On a serious note:

Kotor2
Witcher
Deus Ex
Thief
FEAR
Dark Messiah
Jade Empire
Bioshock
Portal 2

That's the queue i'd play em

Dude, I got an old laptop with NVS4200M and it can run all those games you listed. (Except if you meant Witcher 2 under Witcher)
I'd put in more RAM, but not that burning with that just that 4GB is like minimum nowadays

It can.

Lots of good stuff there, but I'd go with Portal 2. It's not actually all that demanding. I think you should be able to run it just fine, especially if you don't need everything cranked up to 11.
Tetris.

The budget couldn't handle a better machine, so I have to make due, still it's a great machine considering my previous laptop. I mean The Witcher 1.

F4LL0UT: It can.
I had doubts because I run the site Can You RUN It? and it said I couldn't.
The Stalker games if you haven't enjoyed them already.

Portal 2 is awesome, and if you have a friend with the game the co-op on it is fabulous too.
You forgot Arcanum, OP.
Minesweeper! You forgot to list it.
bioshock.

Crewdroog: bioshock.
I have not played that one before either, but I do own it ;)
Of that list, my personal favorite is Jade Empire.

Bioshock is also great. I watched my daughter play it more than I played it myself, but very cool game.
(Bioshock isn't here, but it's DRM free at Humble if you don't have it.)

Then Kotor 2, with the TSLRCM mod.

As far as stuff not on that list, Divinity Original Sin is great. (It should play fine on that laptop. It worked fine on my old laptop with a Radeon 4670.)
Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri
I can assure you it will run smoothly ;)

From your list, my first picks would be KOTOR2 and Deus Ex.
Tyrion 2000 (everyone needs the thrill of blasting everyone else's ass while piloting a carrot) :P

I recommend trying Morrowind or FEAR
