I've been playing for a few days, the game has on occassion failed to launch, I have initiiate rebuild and the game launches thereafter, except for today, I have done two rebuilds and the game STILL fails to launch FIX THE FVCKINNG THING, this is basics folks make the basics work OK !

Edit: My apologies I thought I was in SGW-C forum, my bad.

I waited half a hour and relaunched the game and it started correctly, no issues, third time lucky.

Thanks for your replies and patience.

That's weird. GOG doesn't even sell Half-Life 3.
Go into the game's folder and rename aardvark.dll to squirrel.nuts

That should fix it.

Please, share us what game you're talking about. Do you talk about Sniper Ghost Warrior?

First off, which game was it? Listing such in the title of one's thread and the OP post usually gets more replies/help than more vaguely worded threads as those with relevant knowledge can see it and stop in, and also some see such vaguely worded threads as a chance to make joking posts(not me though, but others) due to how poorly worded some of them can be.

Also listing your OS(and if it's 32 or 64 bit), basic hardware(cpu/ram/vid card types and speeds/sizes) and any error messages(if any) that pop up when you run it can also be of help in this and future cases, and one can also contact support via the link in post#2 as well if none of that works to see if they can get it working(if they can't they will likely offer you a refund).

And lastly there are subforums for most games on Gog which often have information on some common bugs and how to fix them in many cases.

I hope all of this helps somehow, and also have a good day/night/etc OP.
