GOG Galaxy is, for the most part, a good client for installing and launching games purchased from GOG. However, I'm finding it's very much not user-friendly when you have more than a few games installed. If you have several dozen or several hundred, you can forget about it. The problem is that all installed games are displayed in one list. Sure, you can sort by name or sort by activity date, but that's just short of useless.

We need the ability to create folders or collapsible groups and assign games to those folders/groups. The optimal method would be like the Steam client -- allow us to assign a game to multiple groups and have it appear in each of those groups (for example, in the Steam client, if a game has a soundtrack DLC, then I assign categories "Games" and "Soundtrack", and I can see the game listed in both categories).

Until we have the ability to separate games into separate folders/groups, the Galaxy client will remain unbearable to use.
I agree.

In the meantime, you can manage the tags in your library to organize and filter your games, I've found them very useful recently.
According to what Johy posted in the official thread, Galaxy will be getting an improved UI at some point. Let's hope this is included.

Actually, that process is another issue/complaint I have. It seems (unless I'm mistaken) that the only way to assign tags is by clicking a game's drop-down action button in the library and selecting "Assign Tags". While it's nice to be able to assign tags from the library, you would expect to also be able to manage a game's tags from the game page in Galaxy (the page displayed when you select a game from the list) or by right-clicking the game in the games list.

I'm not trying to speak negatively about GOG or its employees, but it's hard to imagine how such simple functionality as these two things could have been so easily overlooked.
