From what I've seen on other Twitter posts, it seems to be a new indie horror game published by Devolver which is also coming to Humble:

"The House Abandpn" is I think what it's called. I really can't say because I can't see what the hell their header graphics say.

Edit: The House Abadnon is their old game. These graphics seem to be related to their new game.
