Hi, i don't know where to ask:
How long can technical support respond? I created 4 tickets, the first one at the end of august, no answers yet.

The robot did not even answer me, so i wanted to know the experience of other users.

Hey. Support is slow during big sales and major holidays. Otherwise they respond within 24-48h, unless when you make a ticket on friday, you might not hear back until monday afternoon. Probably depends also on what kind of issue you have.
Just make sure that you have a ticket number, it should be sent in confirmation to your email. Alternatively you can write direct email explaining your problem to: support at gog dot com.

P.S. Robot is terrible indeed. It may cause ptsd. I'm still recovering.

• In the confirmation e-mail you received when opening the support ticket, you can find a link to the ticket on the site. Open that link to check on the ticket status. Often, you'll be asked to reply to keep the ticket open. If you missed one of those messages, then the ticket is closed automatically after a time.
• If a long time went by and you haven't received the first response, adding a reply to the ticket usually helps.
• If you still don't get a first response, or the issue is somewhat urgent, send a polite message with your ticket number to a staff member like ponczo_ or Clownski_.
• If you have open support tickets, please don't create duplicates. It's just going to clog up an already overloaded support system.

My tickets are for different themes and with a big time difference. The problem is that the robot did not ask me to answer the ticket at all, each ticket has an open status so far.

OK, go ahead and add a reply to each open ticket. Something like, "Excuse me, I've been waiting a long time for an answer" and then give it a few more days. If you still don't get a response, contact a staff member as indicated above. Or just do that directly because you've been waiting since August.
