sergtomas: I know I'm a minority but some of us still may have either XP or Vista machines for playing old games or just a dedicated PC for playing, and I have noticed that some releases aren't providing the exact info about the OS where a game can be run.
For sure there are more published games than not, since 2014(?) on, that cannot run in something older than Win 7 or that they need 64-bit OS but there are other games which can and they should be updated in the site. This is particularly important since GOG offers a search filter by OS.
For example Into the Breach is able to run in Vista but I had to look at St...(not to be mentioned) and even to the info of the devs. I have seen the release of Shivers -a 1995 game- which has as minimum requirements 7,8,10 and I suspect that it can run even on XP. Cultist Simulator can run on XP and later (except Vista as said by the developers). Probably there will be more examples. I don't want or need to look at the dev site in order to make a decision about a sale but it should be enough at the GOG site.
Please GOG, don't be lazy with the info on compatibility and provide the right one.
They can't verify games working on systems they can't test on. So your request is unreasonable because they have no way to test that it works on Vista or XP.
