Easy - Stardew Valley. Would have said Sunset Valley from The Sims 3, but if we're going with us entering game worlds, rather than game worlds being available in the real world, at the moment it would definitely be Stardew Valley.

Although, and I haven't actually played the game yet, the school from Hero-U: Rogue To Redemption looks like it could be a bit like Hogwarts, but like I said, haven't played the game, so I could be completely off on that one.

Yup.....another good one....the first game that is. Don't get me wrong, the others are ok(of what i've played)....but changing voice actors to "less than optimum" ones for many characters in the second game & simplifying the attack/magic animations/names to generic ones for all characters kinda left me a bit miffed. The story is still good, though, and I love the setting to death as well.

Plenty of interesting responses thus far. Examples like Myst and Stardew Valley sound like neat ideas despite my limited familiarity with either game. Another game I've yet to play is Astroneer, but from what I've seen from people's streams, it also looks like a pleasantly colorful, spacey universe to go exploring in.

If anyone remembers the Carnivores series, you may remember having to wander around for a loooong time before a dinosaur finally shows up. As a result of exploring the maps and taking in all the scenery, I have to admit that I developed a soft spot for traversing those desolate-yet-lush valleys and hilltops. Graphically speaking, it may not have been anywhere near as attractive as Unreal, but it still represents a memorable slice of nostalgia for me. If you removed the dinosaur-hunting element completely, I could see those same worlds being used in an "anything goes", Minecraft-y sort of way. Imagine owning a cozy seaside cottage just down the beach from a friendly Brontosaurus.

There are many, who do. Church members, not necessarily hunters only, basic occultists, not of magi "class", bums in rural areas who accidentally get in contact with various predators (werewolf? nosferatu? whatever is "careless" enough to be seen?) roaming the countryside...

And vampires simply reverse daily scedule; sleep during day, work during night. Elders have entire hideaways that resemble "fortresses", methuselahs and above have natural resistance to sunlight and can afford carefully timed, prolonged exposure to it, but that's not all... There are many creatures and types of creatures, in this world, mostly supernatural, for which sunlight is no problemo...

Humans too, aren't as stupid or insignificant, as they are being portrayed. During middle ages, the inquisition, almost wiped out the Kindred and alerted everybody to their presence... And in modern times, they are being feared, for their advanced technology and weapons of mass destruction. Hence the need of supernaturals for "masquerade" and "behind the scenes manipulation". And the Jyhad rages on, a huge civil war among all vampires... Even though humans are regularly used and mixed into that, as well, the bulk of danger (damage? exposure? extermination?), hangs over undead heads mostly, for the greater part.
