Steam page says it's OpenGL.

Is is reasonable to assume that the GoG version will receive similar support as the Steam version in terms of updates?

Do you know if the mouse look issue was fixed in the game? I've seen some reviews that said the Redux version had some mouse problems.

I finished the entire game and I don't recall having any issues.
Locked aiming to the X axis though.

I encountered the issue a few times but not every time.
It's been quite a while though so I wouldn't know if it was fixed.

What do you mean? You shouldn't have to edit anything to redeem a gift code, and they aren't locked based on the IP of the recipient.

The dev/publisher is in-love with GOG.com.. nearly their entire cataloge (minus Serious Sam 3 WHICH NEDS FIXED) is here.

That said, they supported the hell out of Shadow Warrior 1 with so many awesome patches and bonus content (viscera cleanup detail im looking at you!) That i have zero doubt and nothing but faith it will remain patched and full of so much Wang you'll taste it!

Fully procedurally generated damage to ragdolls, randomized weapons ala borderlands and diablo/hellgate style random maps makes this the perfect game!
