SCPM: I'm playing through this now and I'm mostly pleased. Most of the mechanics are intact but some are simplified. Your only stances are running or walking, no sneaking. You can switch angles for the magic ball throw at a button press, and you can lock on to targets for fighting and throwing but it's not helpful for faster moving targets. You can save anytime, but it will take you to the moment you entered the scene. As long as you take advantage of entering and exiting rooms, you can save fairly frequently without losing progress. Game runs fairly smoothly but there are minor bugs for now, like missing text or the camera getting stuck. As far as I can tell, there are no video options, just audio and keys. Most of the maps and puzzle solutions are the same as the original.

Can you rebind all the keys in the menus? Like movement to arrow keys (I'm a leftie^^)?

SCPM: You can't redefine the movement keys, but by default both WASD and arrow keys move the character and work in the menus.
