I am playing Neverwinter nights 2 and similar games.
I want to ask if there is a file for captured screens somewhere, or the only way to keep screenshots with a GT630 graphic card is switching every time to windows paint and pasting what is in the memory.

If you are playing in a windowed mode you can input "snipping tool" in the windows search box

You can use a tool like FRAPS to capture screenshots in pretty much any game with a button press. The free version works fine.

Why are you giving him this complicated advice, guys? He doesn't need to play in windowed mode or install 3rd party software. =)

OP, when you are playing NWN2, simply press the PrtScn key on your keyboard to take a screenshot. Usually it's all the way above the arrow keys. Then, go to your \Documents and Settings\[Username]\My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2 folder and you will find all of your screenshots there.

Good info! That is nice that NWN2 has that feature, not all games do. I wish all games had that. I give Steam props for making screenshots easy.

He didn't ask about all games, he asked about NWN2, which does have this feature.

And yes, installing an unnecessary (in this case) third party software is complicated as opposed to not installing it.

FRAPS covers pretty much every possible game on Windows, with the same capture button, all to the same folder.

puu.sh let's you capture the whole screen, your current window, or manually select a portion of the screen to take a picture of. It saves the picture to your computer and can also upload it to a private album online that you can share with a url it gives you.

This doesn't apply to NWN2, but if you are playing a DOSBox game, pressing Ctrl-F5 will take a screenshot, which will appear in the capture folder in (at least in Linux) the game's directory.
