It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Hi, I'm trying to download games in Galaxy but that wouldn't work due to server problems. So I tried the website but it wasn't working either.

Also I attempted to download Galaxy again and it tells me that cdn.gog.com can't be found. I checked it out on downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it confirmed that it is indeed down.

Any idea what the problem is and when the server will be fixed/back up? I'd really like to download some games.

downforeveryoneorjustme.com is checking websites, and cdn.gog.com is not a website. :)

For me downloads work - to other users - please check if it works for you too.

I think we would have a lot of requests if they didn't work so I guess you're alone here.

Check if you're using some blocking software like firewalls or anti-virus.

Okay, thank you for fixing my misunderstanding/lack of knowledge.

I did open both incoming and outgoing in my firewall temporarily but it didn't do anything to fix the problem. As I said it worked a few days ago and any changes I thought would be affecting it, I've since reverted (at least temporarily), but it's still not working.

Are there any ways to get Galaxy or the website to give me debug/logging information so that I can figure out what the problem is?
Both installing through Galaxy and downloading in the browser (FF42) works for me.

@FinalWhiteDove

You can find Galaxy logs here:

On Windows Vista or later: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
On Mac OS X: /Users/Shared/GOG.com/Galaxy/Logs

Thank you very much, hopefully these will help me solve the problem ^^.
Well, I don't know why but it's suddenly working again both from the website and Galaxy.

I guess it was a temporary communication problem or overloading or something.

Thank you everyone who helped c:
Just downloaded the latest Dreamfall Chapters (around 7.5 GB) since a new chapter just came out. No problems at all.

Haven't had that kind of problem, but downloading was very slow yesterday afternoon (circa 19-20 GMT+3). Maybe their servers are getting a beating :)

Yeah, I thought that might have been part of the problem.
