That very much looks like one of the scenarios mentioned above. Make sure to contact support.

Click on any option in the "support" menu, then go to the bottom of the page and select "contact us".

If it's possible, include that screenshot of yours. Also check your email account and find the order number when you bought the main game.

Edit: As an alternative to the email, check the order history on your account.
