I don't know about the current GOG Galaxy, since I don't use it, but it looks like it is all but confirmed for GOG Galaxy 2.0.
Since GOG uses some "modern" flashy web-coding in their pages about Galaxy, I can't link directly to the relevant section, but have a read through this:

It's not "all but" confirmed. It has been very much and definitely officially confirmed ever since the first Galaxy 2.0 announcement. The main selling point of 2.0 is the library integration feature and it's already up and working in the closed beta.
