Biing! German CD release.
It was on the cover disc of the September 1998 issue of PC Action Plus magazine.
Will someone do an English translation, like gets done for many Japanese games?
The free game on that cover CD is the first part "
Biing!: Sex, Intrigen und Skalpelle".
And that first part, is the one that's available here on GOG
(in German and English).

If you're looking for the second part
("Biing! 2: Sonne, Strand und heiße Nächte") - that one is not available in English.

(25 years) and the rather mediocre ratings it garnered at its release - I doubt that anyone will still do an English
