It was the 3rd tier of unlocked game from the recent fall sale.
You are a group of people that get kicked out and you are just trying to survive.
No bad guys. Was programmed by a single person, I believe. Has good graphics, released within the last 3 years I believe. Price around $10.

foxworks is right. The third and final tier unlocked for the free game on the Fall 2015 Sale was indeed "Banished"
