I appear to have broken the resolution settings for my Exult and hoping to find a way to restore it. I was adjusting the resolution settings and the game crashed and will not restart. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Ultima and Exult with no success. Any help will be appreciated.

Section 3.2 shows where to find configuration file:
http://exult.sourceforge.net/faq.php

I am not able to check right now, however either editing that or removing it should fix it.
I suspect that the u install of the program does not fully remove all parts - common on windows, so when you reinstall it’s still the same config file being used.

Thank you. Editing the exult.cfg file has fixed the problem. I could have played on msdos but hate the original settings for modern computer systems.
