As for the 20 hours a week mark...that's like 3 hourish a day, which is less than most people's tv habits.

Let alone the utter ignorance shown towards highlighting parental controls on ever system and operating system.


As for the adults, sure, if they're truly addicted then there's work to be done, but not on Government money
